About Me
I’ve spent more than 20 years in international leadership, operations and transformation, working across cultures, functions and markets.
My career began in hospitality and developed into senior leadership roles spanning hotel operations, pre-openings, organisational development and digital transformation. I’ve led teams in Germany and the UAE and worked closely with teams across Europe and China.

After more than two decades in corporate leadership, I stepped away from the career I had built and spent a year travelling independently with a 40L backpack.

Having explored more than 40 countries over the years, travelling independently across ten of them for a year was a different experience. It was an opportunity to follow my curiosity, explore unfamiliar places and cultures, and discover what mattered to me along the way.
There was plenty of practical problem-solving too, from navigating visa requirements and changing plans to finding my feet in unfamiliar places. I loved how naturally I adapted, how often I felt at home in different cultures, and how comfortable I was trusting my gut.
Perhaps one of the loveliest reminders was how little I actually needed to feel content.
That year also gave me space to reflect, challenge familiar patterns and reconnect with the courage that had shaped many of my earlier choices.
Today, I bring those experiences together through Morrow & Muse, my coaching and consultancy business. I work with individuals and organisations to help people navigate change, strengthen resilience and grow with purpose.
In addition, I draw on my training in life, success and systemic coaching.
I’m especially interested in the gap between knowing and doing: why we can understand perfectly well what needs to change and still find ourselves responding in the same old ways.
That curiosity, together with my personal experiences and professional training, helped shape Peace over Patterns — the philosophy behind my approach to coaching.
Because lasting change doesn’t come from fighting who we are.
It comes from understanding ourselves well enough to trust ourselves to choose differently.
